Damaged Package & Returns

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and contact UPS to file a damage claim. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is completed.

According to applicable Massachusetts law, these products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final once the order has been delivered.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us and file a UPS claim as soon as possible.
